I have to confess that I have been for
many years thinking about the project of sharing
ideas, reflections, doubts and, in short, questions related to the exciting
world of management of
companies, organizations and teams.
If until I have
not done it now has been, basically, by two reasons: first, by lack of time to
seat in front of the keyboard calmly and, secondly, by the doubts on the
convenience of doing publicly without pseudonym, revealing my identity.
Nevertheless, and
since year 2013 marks an historical landmark in my personal life, I believe
that the moment has arrived: I will start to share my experience and to look
for dialogue with all those people that, like I, dedicate their time to manage
people and organizations and that, in addition, have desires to improve so much
personal as professionally.
In so complex
surroundings, uncertain and stressed like the present one, it is essential to
look for new forms to lead, to animate,
to direct and to drive our teams towards the success; for it, the paper of
the people and the methods of management is still much more excellent that in
the past.
From the lessons
learned of the great ones of management
, and following my own professional experience of more than two
decades, I will try to share my ideas and experiences with all those
readers - men or women - interested in this exciting field.
I do not have any
interest in competing by a position in the multiple rankings of enterprise
management blogs; rather I will try, from the humility of my experience and
formation, power to continue learning and to become rich with the contributions
of the readers.
